Terms of Service (TOS) and Disclaimer

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please avoid using our services. If you have any comments or suggestions please send an email to info@archiyou.com.

1. Overview of Services The Archiyou Library enables you to customize products and acquire the plans, either for free or after you successfully paid a fee. All products and services and for personal use, unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Delivery of Products We offer both free and paid products. Digital products will be delivered by email immediately after you place your order and upon successful payment in the latter case. It’s your responsibility to provide a valid email address. Please contact us when delivery is not successful after 24 hours so we can fix it for you.

4. Limitation of Liability of Plans We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or functionality of any final product constructed using our plans. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, building codes, and safety standards. We welcome feedback though and will refund your purchase if you provide us a clear picture of your project and complaint.

5. Purchases and Payment All prices are listed in your local currency (or EUR as fallback) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made via the methods provided at checkout. All sales are final unless specified under the Refund Policy below (5).

6. Refund Policy Refunds are not provided for digital products unless:

• Digital delivery failed
• Generated plans contain evident errors that block reasonable use
• Building the final product failed due to errors in the plan that you clearly communicate to us in text and photographs

Refund requests can be submitted at info@archiyou.com. Please supply at least the email address you used to order the product and attach any documents that explain the situation to us.

7. Intellectual Property (IP) All digital products are the exclusive property of the Archiyou Library unless otherwise stated. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal purposes as specified at the time of ordering. Commercial use, redistribution, resale, or modification of products is prohibited without prior written consent. We use the Creative Commons licenses to define when and how you can use the designs, information and plans provided by the Archiyou Library. For both the design and plans these are shown on the product page and on the building plan.

8. Disclaimer Design IP Besides original designs by us or design partners, we offer some classic designs that are at least 50 years old. In the context of being a design library; We try to do this in the most respectful way we can: By offering customizable versions of these designs for free and publishing articles on the achievements of their designers.

Despite our best efforts, it may not always be possible to identify or contact every rightful owner of these classic designs. If you believe that any of our products or services infringe on your intellectual property, please contact us immediately at info@archiyou.com. We are committed to working with rights holders to resolve any issues promptly, including the removal of the design from our platform if necessary.

9. Prohibited Uses You agree not to:

• Use the website or products for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to breach website security or reverse-engineer any product.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties All digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or functionality of any final product constructed using our plans. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, building codes, and safety standards.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local courts.
